Description
After the Rain is a diptych — two paintings made to live together. One panel breathes in washed, luminous blues, light breaking through like a sky beginning to clear; the other holds a deep, saturated cobalt, dense with the weight of the storm just passed. Thin gold streaks fall across both like late sun caught in water, while slender white and golden lines trace the same quiet geometry through each, binding the pair into a single thought.
Seen together, the two panels become a before and after — tension and release, rainfall and the still, rinsed air that follows. It is one of the most lyrical moments in The Geometry of Blue, where structure and fluidity finally make peace.
