Description
Narrow Passage BI01 uses its tall, narrow format as its subject. A bold cobalt form bends down the canvas like the walls of a corridor, bursting at the top into spray and splatter, then settling into a calm block of warm sand below. Black horizontal lines cross the space like rungs or thresholds, while a single thin gold seam runs the length of the blue — a quiet guide leading the eye downward, step by step, through the passage.
The most kinetic of the vertical works in The Geometry of Blue, it turns looking into walking: a narrow way you enter at the top and follow to its end.
A unique, signed original, supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
Medium: Acrylics, pigment, marker · Dimensions: 20 x 70 cm · Framing: White frame
Note: tall vertical format — ideal for a narrow wall, hallway or beside a doorway.
