Description

Apeliotes takes its name from the east wind, and the painting moves like one — a wide, horizontal expanse where cobalt washes and splatters drift across pale fields of white and warm sand, gathering and scattering as if carried on a breeze. Thin black lines trace open rectangles through the surface, anchoring the motion without ever stopping it, like the frame of a window left open to the air.

As the only landscape-format work in The Geometry of Blue, it gives the series room to breathe — its most expansive, atmospheric moment, where colour behaves less like paint and more like weather.

A unique, signed original, supplied with a certificate of authenticity.

Medium: Acrylics, pigment, marker · Dimensions: 70 x 50 cm · Framing: White frame

Note: horizontal / landscape format — ideal above a sofa, bed or sideboard.
